Welcome to Edge of Elsewhere. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and your visit to our venue. By buying a ticket, entering our venue, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
Tickets may be purchased at the venue. By providing us with a payment method, such as a credit or debit card, you authorize us, or our third-party processor, to charge you the price of your purchase, as presented to you at the time of purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for providing accurate booking information. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
All guests must have a completed liability waiver. A parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver for any guest under 18. Each waiver is valid for 5 years before renewal is required.
Edge of Elsewhere is open to all ages. Guests age 15 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Guests 16 or 17 must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. We may require valid identification for entry.
For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please follow the instructions of our staff and our Venue Policies. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated, behaving unsafely, or violating these Terms & Conditions, without a refund.
For the safety and security of our guests and staff, we use cameras throughout our venue that record both video and audio during operating hours. By entering our venue, you acknowledge that you are being recorded. We use these recordings to help keep people safe, protect our property, respond to incidents, support security investigations, and for marketing purposes. Access to recordings is limited to authorized staff, and may be shared with law enforcement or others when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our guests, staff, or Edge of Elsewhere.
Edge of Elsewhere is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into or left at our venue. Items left behind are turned in to our lost and found and held for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be donated or discarded at our discretion.
The Edge of Elsewhere and Midnight Mansion name, logos, set designs, storylines, and all related content are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may send you e-mails concerning our products and services. You may opt out of promotional e-mails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail.
Some interactions use dim lighting, atmospheric sound, and flashing lights with strobe-like effects. Participation is at your own risk and is conditioned on signing our liability waiver, which describes these risks in detail.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge of Elsewhere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or visit to our venue. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
